When are items shipped?

Shipping Policies

The Alzheimer's Store Canada wants to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible!   In stock items ship within 2 days after the order is placed.  If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your online order to determine the additional expedited cost as per Purolator or Canada Post.

We generally ship by Canada Post. Most orders arrive within 3-4 business days after it was shipped. Shipping time to Atlantic Canada does take an addition 2-4 days depending on the location. Please allow 2-3 weeks for items not in stock & for orders like custom door & wall murals as those are made to order.

Tracking: If you have created a username & entered a password when you placed your order you can login to see your tracking info.  We enter the tracking information within 2 hours after an order ships.

Yes, we do allow orders to be placed on back ordered products. This ensures the item is held for you. We do not charge your credit card until your order ships. In the case that your order is partially shipped, we do charge your credit card the full amount on the initial shipment including the shipping charge. The back ordered product will ship as soon as it arrives and you will not be charge additional shipping. Why do we charge the full amount on the partial shipment? Because we have found that if two separate credit card charges show up on the credit card statement it can cause confusion to our customers.

Orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping, please contact our customer service representatives at alzstore@shaw.ca between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm ET. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has shipped.
